About Us
We are a registered charity, which supports students, teaching and research at the University of Edinburgh.
Working with our North American team we do this by: creating incredible study opportunities, supporting life-changing research and ensuring every student received a world-class education at the University of Edinburgh.
The Trust is incorporated in the State of Virginia and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Donations to the Trust may therefore be tax-deductible for US taxpayers (please consult your tax advisor).
Board of Directors
The Trust is governed by a Board of Directors whose members are elected to serve 3 year terms. The current Board is comprised of the following alumni and University representatives:

Tax Returns
The Trust's tax returns are prepared by Skody Scot and Kiwi Partners. They also conduct an annual audit of the Trust's financial statements and operating procedures:
